Recent appointments

SP Projects have been appointed by North Wales Police for the new £16M Eastern Command and Custody Facility in Llay, Wrexham, due for completion May 2018.

 

SP Projects have recently been appointed by Wrexham County Borough Council and the Arts Council of Wales for the £5M redevelopment of the People’s Market in Wrexham town centre, works commenced February 2017 with Wynne Construction.

 

SP Projects have successfully been appointed by Gwynedd Council via the new NPS Consultants Framework for a new £10M Special Needs School in Penrhyndeudraeth, a new £5M Primary School in Bangor and a £3M refurbishment of a Primary School in Dolgellau, all due for completion August 2017.

 

Wales and West Housing Association have appointed SP Projects on a new housing development in Rhosymedre for 31 units and Flint for 20 units, both starting on site June 2017.

 

Grwp Cynefin have appointed SP Projects on a £12M new build 70 bed Extra Care Unit in Denbigh, due to start on site January 2018.

 

SP Projects have successfully been appointed by Welsh Government via the new NPS Consultants Framework for a new £2M Office and Warehouse Facility on St Asaph Business Park, working with Read Construction, due for completion December 2017.

 

SP Projects have successfully been appointed by Cheshire West and Chester Council for the £1.6M re-development of Farndon Primary School.

 

SP Projects have successfully been appointed by Denbighshire County Council via the new NPS Consultants Framework for the re-roofing of 5Nr schools in Denbighshire.
