New Business Units and Extension to Anglesey Business Unit

SP Projects was appointed as Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveyor and Principal Designer for the development of 5Nr new build start up business units and a significant extension to the Anglesey Business Centre in Llangefni providing additional office accommodation and meeting facilities. The works were procured under a Design and Build Contract and incorporated sectional completion for the offices.
