Meet the team

SP Projects is managed by two directors and an associate director, supported by a team of qualified staff:

Simon Hughes MRICS – Director

Simon is a chartered quantity surveyor and director of SP Projects. He operates in both the surveying and health and safety sides of the business. His interests include: classic cars and tractors; horse riding; and, in the dim and distant past, some poor hockey playing. Simon also takes a keen interest in property renovation having recently completed renovating his farmhouse.

Craig Davis MRICS – Director

Craig has been a director since 2012, his time is mainly spent in the surveying and project management departments of the business. Craig is single-handedly renovating a 200 year old cottage, applying his diy skills to all the trades.
