SP Projects offers Principal Designer and CDM Adviser services, under the April 2015 CDM Regulations.

This service supercedes the requirements of CDM Regulations 2007.

CDM 2015 Regulations help to ensure that your construction project is safe to build, safe to use, safe to maintain and eventually safe to amend, refurbish or demolish.

The Principal Designer should be appointed during the concept design stage, and their main duty is to plan, manage, monitor and coordinate health and safety during the phase when all construction work takes place.

Here at SP Projects Ltd we are in the ideal position to assist the Principal Designer in discharging their duties on their client’s behalf. We are also able to undertake the Principal Designer role ourselves, drawing on extensive knowledge and experience, if that is your preferred option.

Everyone in the construction industry has legal duties under CDM 2015, including domestic clients. Even if you are having work done at home, you may require our assistance, so please call us to discuss.
