SP Projects was appointed as Contract Administrator, Quantity Surveyor and Principal Designer for the extension of an existing distribution yard as well as alteration works to provide dock levellers to an existing dispatch unit. The works involved a large muck shift operation and site levelling, including the provision of various retaining structures and a weighing station. The works were procured traditionally utilising a Bill of Quantities.
