SP Projects was appointed as Quantity Surveyor and Employer Agent by Mid-Wales Housing Association for a 31 Nr Unit development in Dolhafren, Llanidloes. It was a package deal with J Ross Developments. The building involved diverting overhead power cables to underground, a pump station and a steeply sloping site. The development was constructed in 18 months and was brought in on budget. The work was procured under NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract.
