Maes Glyndwr, Cynwyd

Delivered with financial assistance from the Welsh Government’s Innovative Housing Grant, Maes Glyndwr was a development of two off-site modular construction units. Constructed under factory conditions, the units were transferred to site and landed on pre-made foundations and plugged in to on site services. SP Projects were appointed as Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveyor and Principal Designer.
