SP Projects was appointed as Employer’s Agent for this residential development, comprising of 7 Nr houses and 1 Nr special needs bungalow together with all site works including the construction of external lighting, paths, paved areas, roads, landscaping, boundary works, drainage, services and all other associated external works. The work was procured under JCT Design and Build Contract, utilised a timber frame construction method and was complete on time and within budget.
