SP Projects was appointed as Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager by North Wales Housing Association. The project involved extensive restoration of a listed commercial building and conversion of upper floors into apartments and 2 Nr new build apartments in the rear yard. The project was procured under the Undod Framework utilising the NEC3 Form of Contract.
