All Saints Sports Hall

SPP were appointed as quantity surveyors and worked alongside Bate & Taylor Architects to manage the build. The sports hall was designed to be used by the school and the local community; it was jointly funded by Sport England and Partnership for Schools. After enduring difficult ground conditions and problems with the utility companies this project required careful cost control systems resulting in the build being built on time and to budget.
