SP Projects was appointed as Quantity Surveyor for a New Special Educational Needs School with standalone Respite Facilities, associated Car Parking and External Works in Penrhyndeudraeth. The building has a concrete frame, had a green roof, PV’s and achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating. It was procured under a JCT Standard Building Contract.
