SPP was appointed as employer’s agent and CDM co-ordinator. The school was designed and build to a Passivhaus standard and successfully achieving BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating. The high complexity of the building specification required a careful cost control system which resulted in the building being built on time and to budget.
