Rhyl Rugby Club – New Clubhouse

New build bespoke clubhouse facility which provides two large function rooms with catering facilities, accommodation for officiating personnel and the required club changing and storage facilities. Procured under a JCT Design and Build Contract, SP Projects was appointed as Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor.
