Denbigh Leisure Centre

Major refurbishment of and existing Denbighshire Council leisure centre. The works were inclusive of dry and wet side changing facilities refurbishment and also the general refurbishment of the pool area itself. Interestingly this refurbishment included a stretched fabric ceiling over the main pool area, this first of its kind for the authority. SP Projects was appointed as Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyor.
