Upton by Chester Sports Pavilion

A new build facility constructed in the centre of the village and adjacent to the library, the pavilion provides function rooms, meeting spaces and catering facilities to service the various sports clubs on site. SP Projects was appointed as Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyor for this development.
