Ysgol Gynradd, Llanelltyd and Ysgol y Babanod, Dolgellau

SP Projects took the role of Quantity Surveyor for the Refurbishment and extension of the existing Listed Primary School, the refurbishment of the adjacent Ysgol y Babanod in Dolgellau and the refurbishment and extension of Ysgol Gynradd Llanelltyd. The work was procured under JCT Standard Building Contract and included sectional completion for each school. The construction works was undertaken whilst the school was live. It was procured under a JCT Standard Building Contract.
