Decent Homes Standard

SPP was appointed as quantity surveyor and worked alongside the newly formed housing trust, Rochdale Boroughwide Housing (RBH). Utilising an NEC 3 framework agreement to internally and externally upgrade council properties up to the government’s flagship ‘Decent Homes Standard’, SPP were based in Rochdale. SPP agreed costs with the framework contractor, carried out inspections with RBH Clerks of Works and assisted RBH Project Managers with contractual matters.
