Audit of Reactive Maintenance Contracts

SPP was appointed to carry out an audit of Reactive Maintenance Contracts by Bangor University. The three contracts were under the JCT Measured Term Contract and were divided between Mechanical, Electrical and Building works and the PSA Schedule of Rates was used. The three contracts were audited financially by SPP on a spot check basis and the results reported back to the university.
