Audit of Direct Labour Organisation

SPP has twice been appointed to carry out a year-long audit of Wrexham County Council’s DLO (for both building and electrical works) for quality, customer service and value for money. The projects involved visiting 20 jobs per week and assessing quality of work and value for money. Each month a report was given and at the end of the 12 months a summary report was produced.
