Audit of Reactive Maintenance Contract

SPP was appointed to carry out quarterly audits of Grŵp Cynefin’s contract for reactive maintenance which had been let under TPC 2005. The audit involved analysis of both efficiency, quality of work and value for money. SPP also produced a 360° audit of the whole partnering relationship with a view to auditing both parties and improving performance from both sides.
