Barn Conversion, Ruthin

SP Projects was appointed as Quantity Surveyor for the conversion of a stone-built barn at Pen y Waen in Ruthin. The works involved stripping back to the shell, re-pointing the stonework, installing new insulated floors, roof structure and an oak frame sun lounge and all associated external works and drainage. The project was procured under a JCT Standard Building Contract.
