White Horses, Trearddur Bay

SP Projects was appointed as Quantity Surveyor for the development of White Horses. The project was comprised of the demolition of an existing bungalow and construction of a contemporary replacement house that can withstand the elements of the exposed location and stand the tests of time. The work was procured under JCT Standard Building Contract and was delivered on time and within budget.
