Moor Farm, Hawarden

SP Projects was appointed as Quantity Surveyor for the refurbishment and conversion of existing brick-built barns into 4Nr semi-detached dwellings, incorporating the associated external works and drainage. The project was procured via negotiation with the client’s preferred contractor and utilised the JCT Standard Building Contract. The project was completed on time and within budget.
