Caia Park Community Centre, Wrexham

SP Projects was appointed as Quantity Surveyor for the alterations and refurbishment of an existing community centre. The works involved provision of new main entrance as well as overall refurbishment of offices, community rooms and café. It was procured under the JCT Standard Building Contract and was completed on time and within budget.
