SP Projects was appointed as Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager for the construction of a new warehouse building with integral office and workshop space along with related external works, drainage and services connections. The offices and workshop were fully fitted out and ready for occupation with the exception that loose furniture and equipment were provided by others. The warehouse was ‘shell only’ save for provision of emergency lighting for compliance with Building Regulations. The work was procured under the NEC3 engineering and Construction Contract.
