SPP was appointed as Quantity Surveyor for this development. The works comprised of refurbishing an existing warehouse as well as construction of a new gatehouse, office building and 10Nr bay transhipment building together with associated concrete service yard. The project was procured under the NEC3 engineering and Construction Contract, Option C.
