Chirk Castle Repair and Maintenance Programme

Completed in 1310, Chirk is the last Welsh castle from the reign of Edward I that’s still lived in today. The appointment of SPP was as quantity surveyors to compliment the services of the conservation Architect. The project comprised a five-year programme of maintenance and repair to the main elements of the historic structure.
