Restoration of the dilapidated “Ladies of Llangollen” home

Appointed as Quantity Surveyors and CDM Co-ordinators. Extensive reconstruction work was necessary to arrest the ravages of dry rot and vandalism. The building is now a beacon for the Denbighshire County Council’s and the North Wales Housing Association empty homes initiative. Commanding a prominent position on the edge of the town the house has been brought back into use as apartments for single persons occupation.
