Upgrading of Accommodation at Ruthin Castle

Appointed as Project Managers, Building Surveyors, Cost Consultants and CDM Co-ordinators. The castle, parts of which date back to the reign of Edward I, was converted into a stylist hotel in the early 1960’s. The castle was recently identified as requiring upgrading and SPP assisted with grant applications and securing finance for improvements to guests facilities. The scheme has been carefully programmed to ensure that the occupancy levels and guest comfort have been maximised.
