M-SParc, Menai Science Park

SP Projects was appointed as Client Adviser for the new build scheme to provide office accommodation, meeting rooms, conference rooms, enterprise centre, café and science laboratories as well as the associated external works, drainage and external services. The bespoke and ambitious building has a large PV array and achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating. The works were procured under the JCT Standard Building Contract and were completed on time and within budget.
