Mon Dirion Rectory, Harlech

Appointed as Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor, SP Projects arranged for the design specification and produced a schedule of refurbishment works for a major refurbishment and garage conversion to an existing 1960’s rectory. The property was in a state of disrepair and required a full scheme of modernisation. The works were traditionally procured utilising the JCT Minor Works Contract with detailed drawings, specification and schedule.
