Re-ordering of St. Mary and Christ Church, Llanfairfechan

SPP was appointed as Quantity Surveyor on the re-ordering of the parish church in Llanfairfechan – the church from which the town takes its name as “the smaller church of St. Mary”. The project involved work to a Grade II listed building and the design and contractual issues that are raised by such a building had to be managed.
