Refurbishment of Our Lady Star of the Sea, Amlwch

SPP was appointed as Quantity Surveyor and CDM Co-ordinator for the refurbishment of this Grade II* listed building. Restoring this building to its original glory was challenging for the whole team. The striking and architecturally unique design was conceived by Giuseppe Rinvolucri back in the 1930’s. Due to the project’s architectural merit the design team was under careful public scrutiny. But the project was delivered on time and within budget.
