New Manufacturing Facility

Due to continued expansion of this business supplying specialist vessels for drainage installations worldwide, it was necessary to provide further manufacturing floor space. An adjacent office and dilapidated warehouse was acquired and demolished to provide the footprint for a new 800m² finishing and dispatch centre. Procured under a Design and Build Contract, SP Projects was appointed as Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveyor and Principal Designer.
