Porter’s Coffee Shop, Colwyn Bay

SP Projects was appointed as Quantity Surveyor for the alterations and refurbishment of an existing pub into a coffee shop on the ground floor, run as a social enterprise and offices on the first and second floor. The works was partially funded by THI grant as the building is listed and involved the replacement of hand carved stone gargoyles. It was procured under the JCT Standard Building Contract and was completed on time and within budget.
