St Columba’s RC Church Parish Centre

Appointed on a rolling framework, SP Projects was appointed as Contract Administrator, Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager for the provision of a new Parish Centre and offices at St Columba’s. SP Projects arranged for the full design to be carried out and also arranged for the removal of an incoming gas supply. Procured traditionally utilising the JCT Minor Works Contract.
