Refit Programme

SPP was appointed as Project Manager/Clerk of Works to audit a £2,000,000 per annum energy saving upgrades programme. Working through Asset + on behalf of both Bangor University and Anglesey Council, the programme included heating and lighting upgrades as well as solar PV installs to schools, leisure centres, university buildings and ancillary facilities throughout the estates. The ambition is to strive to achieve carbon zero and cut operational running costs.
