Village Bakery Nutrition

SP Projects was appointed as Quantity Surveyor and Principal Designer for the extension and refurbishment of an existing industrial unit, converting it into a gluten free nutrition bakery. The project involved stripping back the existing building to its steel frame, re-cladding with specialist food safe hygiene cladding panels and construction of a dock levelling loading bay. The project was procured under JCT Standard Building Contract and was complete on time and within budget.
