Alterations and Refurbishment to Delph Methodist Church

SPP was appointed as Quantity Surveyor for the project to re-order the floor layout to provide for meeting rooms, store rooms, a new kitchen and a new heating system. SPP had to bring diplomacy, negotiation skills, as well as their expert knowledge of the stakeholders involved to the table in order to reach a final account fair to all parties.
