St. Mary’s RC Church, Radcliffe

SPP was appointed Quantity Surveyor on a complex project which involved a new build church and school hall. The project was characterised by the complex relationship between the stakeholders, who although under the same overall client had very different project aims and expectations. This involved careful planning and management, but the project was finalised and all stakeholders were satisfied.
