Former Goods Yard, Meliden

SP Projects was appointed as Quantity Surveyor and Contract Administrator. The listed building was sensitively refurbished and converted into meeting rooms, offices, interpretation spaces and shipping container artisan studios, together with associated car parking, external works and drainage. The project was procured utilising a JCT Design & Build Contract.
