Re-ordering Diocese of Salford Offices and Courtyard

SP Projects was appointed as Quantity Surveyor for the Chapel Street, Salford, Development which comprised works to the rear entrance to the Cathedral House, the Courtyard façade and the Victor Street Annex envelope. The project involved the creation of a reception area, café and extensive offices. The work was procured utilising the JCT Prime Cost Building Contract.
