The project consisted of a new build hydrotherapy pool inclusive of two therapy rooms, changing facilities and an office. The development has the benefit of a state of the art sensory lighting and audio visual installation. The pool has provided the users of the special needs college with much needed therapy facilities and has freed up space in the existing general pool. Procured utilising a Design and Build procurement route, SP Project was appointed as Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveyor and Principal Designer.
