Neuadd Reichel

SPP was appointed as Employer’s Agent and lead consultant by Bangor University to procure the refurbishment of Neuadd Reichel. The project comprised of internally and externally refurbishing a student block with state of the art IT, data and security installations. The project was completed successfully in an intense 6 month construction period with 30+ subcontractors on site at any one time.
