Our Lady & St John’s Arts College

SPP was appointed as Quantity Surveyors by the Diocese of Salford. The arts college has been designed and built to achieve a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating, the complex curved build comprised of a multi-purpose auditorium with retractable seating, a curved crib retaining wall and large expanses of patent glazing, despite its complexities the project was delivered on budget and on time.
