Marine Built Environment Centre (MBEC)

SPP was appointed as Quantity Surveyors by Llandrillo College working in conjunction with JIG Architects to procure the MBEC building. The design incorporated a large feature canopy so boats can be repaired in any weather and an intelligent heating system which helped the building achieve its BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.
