New Head Office Development, Mold

SP Projects was appointed as Quantity Surveyor for the new build scheme to provide single storey office accommodation with associated external works, drainage and external services. The building was a timber frame with a green roof and achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating. The works were procured under the JCT Standard Building Contract and were completed on time and within budget.
