Classroom and Corridor Refurbishment

This project was a fast-track summer break refurbishment of five teaching classrooms, a lecture theatre, two blocks of toilets and the main corridor. The works consisted of major demolition and reinstatement works, replacement of all lighting and finishes, and the introduction of a forced natural ventilation system to the lecture theatre and classrooms. Completed early and within budget, SP Projects was appointed as Principal Designer.
