Eastern Command and Custody Facility

SP Projects was appointed as CDM Adviser and Site Supervisor for the provision of an ‘out-of-town’ new build custody facility. The project included the demolition of an existing factory, provision of 32 custody suites and accommodation for up to 200 officers. The project was constructed predominantly from a pre-cast concrete panel system. The facility won the prestigious Constructing Excellence ‘Off-Site Project of the Year’ award.
