Deeside Fire Station, Deeside

SP Projects was appointed as Quantity Surveyor for the refurbishment of Deeside Fire Station. The building remained live throughout the refurbishment project and the project was comprised of external re-cladding, re-roof, internal alterations and refurbishment, and construction of a new training tower. The works were procured under the JCT Standard Building Contract.
